Workshop/Conference Visa (CV) Requirements
Visa-on-arrival can be arranged for guests who require a visa. If you require assistance with your visa application, kindly send an email to info@acisp.africa with your registration details, passport bio data page and travel dates.

ETHIOPIAN E-VISA VISA STEPS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Select Visa Category (Workshop and Conference Visa) and use the Reference Number which will be shared with you after registration
2. Enter your arrival Information details and Hotels Details plus contact person at the Hotel (Phone Number)
3. Enter your Personal Information details
4. Enter your Passport Information Details
5. Attaching Documents
a) Passport Copy should be in image file type JPEG, JPG, PNG format and less than 2MB.
b) Photo - an image file type JPEG, JPG, PNG format and less than 2MB. (2x2 Inches and taken within last six months with white background)
c) e-visa application letter (Application letter upon registration)
d) Invitation letter (Invitation letter upon registration)
